3 31 The Quality of Information System The process of inspection system needs to check the quality of information systems because it affects the system usage. This will affect user satisfaction with the system and will impact on individuals and organizations . Iivari  and DeLone and McLean  found that perceived quality of the system and information has an effect on users’ satisfaction. The users’ satisfaction can be used to predict the individual and organization impact.
